No. Everyone must complete the swing and the get-up first. This keeps classes safe, effective, and high quality.
That’s fine. The swing and the get-up can be scaled to any level. If you need extra help, Personal Training is the best option.
Training frequency depends on your goals, but we recommend at least two to three times a week.
